Ask whether the confirmed sessions are gi, no-gi or mixed.
What to ask this sport site
Consider BJJ when the goal is a jiu-jitsu block, then ask whether the confirmed sessions are gi, no-gi or mixed and whether takedown work is included. State your grade, experience and desired contact level.
Destination context and evidence
Confirm gi or no-gi format, takedown content, group level and coaches for your dates.
Do not infer training partners, pressure, timetable, open mat or facility access from a national grappling reputation. Ask bjjcamp.ge to confirm the current coaches, group, schedule, venue, price and inclusions for your dates.
